Attend a 2-hour workshop to understand the evidence based background to effective coaching and create a coaching skills development plan. Individuals then attend 2 x 1 hour development sessions per month over a 4-month period in groups of 1-3 to practice their coaching skills, receive feedback and reflect on progress and develop great coaching questions.
Individuals attend a half-day workshop to develop your coaching skills. Working in small groups, these workshops cover the evidence based background to coaching. How to create a plan to work on your coaching every day, practice and receive feedback in a safe environment and understand how to use support resources to help make coaching a daily habit.
